REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, and digital content, are non-refundable once the download process has begun. This is due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to "return" downloaded content.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased directly from merovingia.com:

• You're eligible for a full refund if you return the item within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Amazon Purchases

For items purchased through Amazon, all returns and refunds must be processed through Amazon's return system. Please visit Amazon.com and access your order history to initiate a return. We cannot process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases through merovingia.com.
